Sorry about the late answer 🙃

If you have exhausted all attempts to unlock your PUK, you need a new SIM-card. You can get a new one if you:

  1. Log in to Mitt3
  2. Click on your subscription
  3. Under Hantera SIM-kort, click on Beställ nytt SIM-kort
